Job Description


To take the responsibility for ensuring the right services are delivered with the quality required, high performance, and in the most cost-effective way.

Responsibilities
Set clear SOPs for all processes in the Supply department.
Review and update Supply department KPIs to enhance the customer and rider experience.
Supervising, training, and guide employees for new SOP's.
Ensure Supply chain processes meet the requirements and standards.
Work with the Supply team to continuously optimize the procedure, propose and implement optimization plans.
Recording Supply activates results by completing reports, collect, analyze existing cases, and develop standard processes and manuals.
Continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
