Job Description

Job Brief:
1. To deploy the right candidates in the right place and right time
2. To provide a high standard of HR services for all employees & managers in the company
3. To ensure that no any penalties will be charged on the company due of delaying the R.P renewal for existing employees or the R.P process for new joiners
4. To ensure that all employees in the company are in compliance with the HR policies and procedures and to keep them posted with any changes with the same
5. To ensure that requested and implemented disciplinary actions are fair and in accordance to the company’s code of conduct list and Qatar Labor Law
6. To keep the employees informed about any deductions prior implementing it on their salaries
7. To ensure that no any employee will complain the company in the ministry of labor due to bad quality of HR services
Job Description:
1. To handle the complete recruitment life cycle for both blue and white collar and keep the recruitment reports up to date.
2. To handle new joiners’ R.P processing (medical, finger scan & employment contracts) in coordination with the P.R.O by keeping him up to date by the end of every week with the list of new joiners with their R.P status
3. Arrange Hamad medical cards for all new joiners, monitor its expiration date and make sure that the P.R.O will renew all on time
4. Send to the P.R.O the final list of R.P renewal by the end of every month and make sure that all will be renewed on time
5. Make sure that the sponsorship for all new joiners will be transferred on time in coordination with the P.R.O & arrange work permits whenever needed and renew it on time
6. To renew all drivers driving licenses on time in coordination with the P.R.O and arrange temporally driving licenses whenever needed.
7. To renew all companies legal documents on time in coordination with the P.R.O (CR, Computer card..etc)
8. Make sure that all Q-Tel & Kahramma bills of the company will be paid on time in coordination with the P.R.O in order to avoid any service interruption.
9. Make follow up with accounts department regarding Woqood payment by the end of every month and make sure that the P.R.O will submit the cheque on time.
10. Make sure that all managers will send their employees’ leave plan by the end of every year
11. Arrange airline ticket bookings for all leavers and coordinate with the P.R.O regarding their R.P renewal, R.P cancellation & exit permit
12. Arrange different type of letters
13. Make sure that all leavers will submit their re-joining forms once they return back from vacation
14. Provide the payroll officer with copies from: Deduction letters, re-joiners leave docs and keep him posted with any updates in the leave plan (leavers & end of service employees)
15. Update the P.R.O report every Saturday and send it to the HR Manager for review and advise
16. Keep Focus system up to date with the employees’ R.P expiration date, sponsor, passport issue & expiration date
17. Keep the HR policy & procedure up to date and keep the employees posted with any changes in it
18. Other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Job Requirements:
1. Should hold a BA degree in HR or Business Administration
2. Should have time management skills
3. Should be able to work under stress and meet deadlines
4. Should have good communication skills (verbal & written)
5. Able to handle employees’ information strict confidentially
6. Proficient in Microsoft word & excel
7. Should have good negotiation & customer service skills
