Job Description

Position Overview:
Responsible for drafting and updating job descriptions for vacant jobs in the organization.
Preparing job offer letters as well as conducting wage and benefits analyzes of the various available in the labor market and providing administrative assistance to the recruitment team on drafting job descriptions and maintaining databases with information about candidates for available jobs in order to maintain a smooth operation.
Recruitment and ensuring the recruitment and retention of high-performing employees.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drafts and updates job descriptions for vacant positions.
Preparing and preparing job offer letters for job candidates.
Conducts analyzes on wages and benefits available in the labor market for different jobs.
Organizes candidate data such as CVs, job assignments and contact details in internal databases.
Conducts research on candidates and analyzes their reactions.
Assists in the recruitment and appointment of new employees and review of necessary files.
Reviews the reference previous experiences of job candidates.
Coordinates interviews and communicates with applicants when needed.
Prepares reports on staffing procedure metrics.
Responsible for editing all appointments, dismissals, resignations, and vacations.
Ensures the implementation and implementation of the procedural and legal rules relating to employment and workers.
Prepares annual lists of promotions, salaries and job placements.
Prepares and edits the monthly payroll.
Prepares and edits statements of regular and installment advances according to the instructions.
Organizing and following up the employees' vacations of all kinds.
Prepares and prepares schedules for training courses for different departments.
Assists and participates in the compilation of performance evaluation reports from department heads and department managers on a monthly basis and assists them in drafting these reports, analyzing them and including them in the annual performance evaluation report.
It measures the job satisfaction of the employees of the organization at intervals to verify the availability of a supportive work environment.
Maintains documents and records and sets up a system for retrieving files and documents and recording recent data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment, Business Administration or similar.
5 years of practical experience, including 2 years of experience in the field of e-commerce and marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Communicate with high efficiency in both languages by e-mail and use it constantly
Demonstrate excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Additional Requirements:
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment, Business Administration or similar.
Practical experience in the field of financial analysis and economic feasibility studies.
Practical experience in data collection and analysis.
Proficiency in working on an ERP System application.
Preferably able to communicate in a third language such as French, German, Spanish or Hindi.
